As long as I could read what I chose, and not something assigned. :)
Exactly! For some reason being forced to read a book takes the joy out of it.
Beautifully written, moving and insightful, i love the final sentence i lve the descritions and the suspense of him getting in and out of the concentration camp was thrilling and i loved how my book had pictures in the middle made itfeel all the more real!
Wow. Just wow.
I was being really lazy with this book and it took so long to read considering it was only 275 pages, I am in a bit of a reading slump so i felt like I didn't take a lot of it in... that is until the last hundred or so pages, oh my god! It was entirely different to the t.v show so I wasn't expecting it at all, I love the creepy tone of the writing and I couldn't stop reading, it left a bit of a cliffhanger at one point to which i was like WHAT JUST HAPPENED. and i couldn't believe it! Highly recommended.
I really really enjoyed this book, it was beautifully written and really easy to follow.
It's not really... a book i'd want to read or be interested in, its pretty depressing and sad, but it didn't make me cry but...
When I read the summary of this book, i assumed it would be a horrendous story... a story of rape, anger, possible murder, i'm not entirely sure.
This is the first book I have ever read involving a terminal disease and was quite skeptical to reading it as i thought it would most likely be depressing as hell. But there are a lot of good reviews on this book so I gave it a go...

I actually quite enjoyed this book, I liked how it often had the news report giving away little snippets of the shooting, it allowed to compare with how Valerie described the events. I was hoping to hear more about the hate list itself and her relationship with Nick... However I did still enjoy this book and would recommend it.
I found it hard to get into this at first, Things never really got going until the last 50 pages or so, but i loved the twist at the end so much and read at every chance I could get today just to finish it! I would recommend this book to someone but wouldn't say it was one of my favourite books, though definitely one of my favourite endings!
When I heard that Jay Asher had another book I was really excited, I really enjoyed Thirteen reasons why.
I first read about this book when i was looking at the author on here after enjoying broken soup.
